Operators Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions

• Affiliate: Any natural or legal person accepted into the Program.
• Affiliate Account: The unique account issued to the Affiliate.
• Affiliate Program: CCR’s program for the promotion of its brands.
• Player / User: A first-time real-money customer referred by the Affiliate who registers, deposits, and meets the agreed thresholds under the applicable site terms.
• Valid Traffic: Traffic from genuine players that: Only Valid Traffic is eligible for commission or CPA.
  • is not self-referred or generated by employees, relatives, or associated parties;
  • is not fraudulent, automated, incentivised (without approval), or misleading;
  • is not underage or from restricted territories;
  • is not closed, self-excluded, suspended, or limited within 30 days of registration.
• Revenue Share: Commission calculated as a percentage of Net Gaming Revenue (NGR).
• CPA: A one-time payment per qualifying new depositing Player, if agreed in writing.
• Custom Deal: A tailored commercial structure (Revenue Share / CPA / Hybrid) agreed in writing.
• Suspended Account: An Affiliate Account suspended due to breach, inactivity, or investigation.

2. CCR’s Obligations

a) Marketing Materials
CCR provides promotional links, banners, and creatives (“Media Articles”). These may be updated or withdrawn at any time.

b) Tracking & Payment
CCR tracks referred players and pays commissions only on Valid Traffic.

c) Player Registration
CCR reserves the right to reject or close player accounts to meet regulatory, fraud, or responsible gaming requirements. Accounts closed within 30 days do not qualify for commission.

3. Affiliate Obligations

a) One Account
Affiliates may hold only one account unless CCR approves otherwise in writing. Duplicate accounts will be closed.

b) Verification
CCR may request identity, compliance, or tax documents at any time.

c) Valid Traffic & Prohibited Practices
Affiliates must ensure all traffic is genuine. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Use of bots, automated tools, or artificial traffic
• Cookie stuffing, hidden iframes, or similar tracking manipulation
• Misrepresentation of CCR offers or brands
• Unauthorized incentives or cashback without written approval
• Unsolicited email, SMS, or push notifications (spam)
• Targeting underage users or restricted territories
• Brand bidding/PPC restrictions without written approval
• Direct linking to CCR sites via paid search ads without prior approval

Violation may result in withheld commissions, suspension, or termination of the Affiliate Account.

d) Marketing Compliance
Affiliates are responsible for ensuring all marketing activity complies with advertising, data protection, and gambling regulations; does not mislead or make unsubstantiated claims; avoids targeting minors or vulnerable persons; and respects GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other anti-spam laws.

e) Activity & Relationship
Commissions are lifetime provided the Affiliate maintains an active relationship with CCR and continues to drive active traffic to CCR brands.

f) Dormancy / Inactivity
If no new depositing players or traffic for 6 months, CCR may suspend the account. Inactivity for 12 months may result in permanent closure and forfeiture of balances under €100.

4. Payment

a) Commission Models
Affiliates may be compensated under Revenue Share, CPA, or Custom Deals, as agreed in writing.

a.1) CPA Qualification & 30-Day Validation
CPA payments are validated for 30 days. Fraudulent or invalid accounts nullify CPA entitlement. CCR may deduct invalid CPA amounts from future invoices.

b) Revenue Share Basis
Revenue Share is calculated on Net Gaming Revenue (NGR):

NGR = GGR – Bonuses – Admin Costs – Transactions – Chargebacks

• GGR = Total Bets – Total Winnings
• Bonuses = free bets, free spins, or other incentives
• Admin Costs = third-party costs capped at 15% of (GGR + Bonuses)
• Transactions = PSP and processing fees, including chargebacks

Key principles:
✅ No negative carryover
✅ No high-roller clawbacks
✅ Per-brand calculation
✅ Only Valid Traffic counts

c) Payouts
Minimum payout €100. Paid 2 weeks after valid invoice. First payment via bank transfer, thereafter Bank / Skrill / Neteller. Invoices must be submitted within 90 days.

d) Sub-Affiliates
Affiliates earn 7% of NGR generated by sub-affiliates, if agreed.

5. Intellectual Property

Affiliates may use CCR’s approved brand marks and creatives for promotion. All rights remain CCR’s property. Assets may not be altered or misused without prior written approval.

6. Confidentiality

Affiliates may receive confidential business, technical, or financial information from CCR. Such information must not be disclosed without written consent, except where legally required.

7. Term & Termination

• Agreement begins once the Affiliate is accepted.
• Either party may terminate with 30 days’ written notice.
• CCR may terminate immediately in cases of fraud, breach, regulatory risk, or invalid traffic.
• Upon termination, all promotional materials must be removed.
• Approved unpaid balances will be settled; no new commissions accrue after termination.

8. Disclaimer

CCR strives to maintain uninterrupted tracking and reporting but does not guarantee that services will be error-free or continuously available. Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, third-party issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

9. Amendments

CCR may amend these Terms at any time by publishing updates on the affiliate website. Continued participation after updates constitutes acceptance. Any material changes to payment terms will be communicated in advance.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Costa Rica. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Costa Rica.
